241. Sith Saga: Proving Grounds - Trychon

After a bit more moving around, and a few more guards' comments... she was there. She was positive he had to be in that room down the hall from her. She'd narrowed it down with her senses and a bit of trial and error in a few rooms. Eiron hadn't told her to leave others alive, so that was easy enough.

Of course, the two guards standing at attention in front of this door kind of cemented what she was pretty sure she'd already known.

She didn't watch them for too long... it was pretty obvious that they weren't going anywhere. She stood up and turned the corner, walking towards the guarded door with a purpose. Without moving her head or her eyes from her objective, she tried to keep an eye out for any other personnel in this hallway. If it was just her and the two men between her and the Admiral, this would be a lot easier.

As she approached, she could see that they were about to stop her, so she spoke first.

"I'm here to see the Admiral..."

240. Sith Saga: Proving Grounds - Raezyr

Raezyr, Trychon and Tyrrazapon walked down the hallways toward their destination with their lightsabers tucked up their sleeves for faster access. They rounded a corner and ran into one of the blue robed guards.

"You three shouldn't be walking around. Where are you going?" he demanded.

"Right there," Trychon pointed behind the guard with his off hand. The guard was dumb enough to look.

Tyrrazapon flipped on his blade, cut the soldier in two, and turned the blade off in one easy motion. Raezyr and Trychon quickly stowed the halves in a nearby closet and shut the door, but not before absconding the man's security cards.

"These may come in handy," Raezyr said as he stuffed them into a pocket.

The three students of the Dark Side continued down the hall and into the Senator's Wing.

239. Sith Saga: Proving Grounds - Trychon

Anya walked down the hall, by herself.

She'd shadowed a few guards, but managed to stay out of their view. That was much easier by herself, not that she wouldn't give one of the guards' right hands to have one of the guys with her right now. She could do this... she knew she could... but she wouldn't turn down the help, either.

Her leg was bugging her. If she was in the mood to, she'd smile about the fact that Raezyr noticed that it wasn't slowing her down any... although that may have been different if she was trying to sprint, too. The field work they'd done in the conference room certainly helped though. Maybe she could sprint if she needed to. She hoped she wouldn't be pushed to her limits, but that could happen.

She'd been trying to find this Admiral... this Ralyc Daan. She'd been trying to use her feelings to find him, and she had a general feeling she thought... but it was hard for her to be positive when she didn't know the guy.

She had caught a few snippets of the guards' conversations... and while she had barely heard them and couldn't discern everything they said... she'd heard the Admiral mentioned twice. When she did, it was as though the thoughts of the men had honed her own feelings, and she had a better bead on where to go.

She was getting closer...

238. Sith Saga: Proving Grounds - Raezyr

"I will not fail you, my Master," Anya said, bowing to the Dark Lord. She stood up and the four students moved down the hall immediately and Anya shoved the dagger into a cargo pocket on her uniform.

Trychon looked over at Anya. She seemed to be feeling much better now, and was no longer showing any signs that her wound was bothering her. "Those stim shots and kolto patches must be working. You ready to take on Daan?" Trychon asked her.

She just grinned ear to ear in response. "I just wish Lord Eiron would've let me kill him," she laughed. She turned to go, and Raezyr reached out and put a hand on her shoulder.

"Anya, be one with the Force. Concentrate on Daan. Let his presence lead you. And when you are finished, call to us," he said.

"I will," she replied, and took off down the hall.

They watched her go for a minute before Tyrrazapon spoke up. "Well, let's go cause some galactic havoc, shall we?"

They walked down the hall, side by side, toward the wing of the building which housed the Senators offices.

237. Sith Saga: Proving Grounds - Eiron

Eiron gestured towards the ceiling. "There are Senators here, working late. Find them, kill them. It will dishearten the Republic. But, yes, as for the guards...I will take care of them. Kill the ones you find and keep moving. Let me handle those you cannot."

He smiled. "The building is on lockdown. They can't get the Senators out, and that is their mistake."

"Oh, and Anya? You have a special job." Eiron pulled a dagger from his robes. "Grand Admiral Ralyc Daan is in the building. Stab him with this. Make sure the wound is not fatal. Oh, and Daan is Force-trained. This is your test, redeeming yourself for your foolishness during the training duel on Korriban. Survive, and I will keep you."

His smile grew. "Do not linger! Go!"
