Run... was all the LMP leader heard in his head after a minute of silence came from his comm.
"Fox 8... We're getting out of here. I don't know or care where the others are now. I'll pick you up on my way out."
He made his way back to his ship. He saw the body of Fox 9 lying on the floor on his way out... but the prisoners all seemed to sit there and do nothing anyway. He made his way through the hatch back onto his ship and sealed it when he was through. He hit the controls to remove the clamp and made his way up to the cockpit.
He sat down and sighed a breath of relief. He wasn't sure what the hell had just happened to his crew... but he was ok. He survived, and at the end of the day, that was all anyone in his line of work could hope for.
He set his thrusters to gain some distance from the bloody ship he'd wished he'd never laid eyes on. He took a few moments to clear his head. He keyed his sensors in on the locator for Fox 8. He maneuvered his way back around... getting no closer to the other ship than necessary.
-----------------
Trychon sat in the Captain's chair, watching through the viewport as the LMP ship flew around.
When it slowed down to a near stop, he pulled out his datapad, and hit the necessary buttons to activate the program he'd installed while everyone else was running around terrorizing invaders.
In a brief glow, the last two men went out in a fireball.
Trychon smiled as he watched.
He grabbed his comm. "Raezyr... I hope you didn't kill the engine too badly... I don't want to take too long to repair my new ship."
