180. Sith Saga: Proving Grounds - Trychon

Fox 2 and Fox 4 moved back towards their last position, still unsure of what had become of Fox 3. They moved with care, looking for any sign of their missing teammate. "I give up. The place must be haunted, or 3 just has a wicked sense of humor."

As Fox 4 was getting ready to reply, a body fell on him from above. He screamed as Fox 2 raised his blaster and fired blindly at the ceiling. He saw the score marks he made, but there was nothing there, nor was there any sign of what had held Fox 3 there. He turned to look down at Fox 4 and Fox 3 on the floor, when he saw a blue string of light lift itself out of Fox 4's back and fly towards his face.

Fox 9 tried to watch the prisoners carefully... but he couldn't help himself from keeping a more careful look at the corridors leading away from him and his prisoners even more.

Out of the corner of his eye, he thought he saw a shadow move on the wall by the open hatch of the LMP boarding ship.

"Did you see that?" He asked the prisoners, getting the silence he expected in return. He continued to stare at the hatch, but there was no sign of anything at all.

-------------------

Fox 7 and Fox 8 heard a scream from down the hall and stopped. "Do you think we should go see what's happening?"

"Carry out our orders. Fox 2 has always been too superstitious for his own good. Scared of the dark, that one."

They opened the one of the port cargo holds and were getting ready to check it for hiding crew members when they saw a beautiful blond girl lying on the floor unconscious right inside the door. Fox 7 stepped over her and was about to try and rouse her when her foot shot up and hit him squarely between the legs. He fell to the floor and Fox 8 reached for his blaster. The girl was quicker, grabbing his arm and helmet, and pulling him down, slamming his throat into her knee.

He coughed on the ground, trying to get the red to creep back out of his vision, when he heard the door shut behind them.

Then the vacuum of space swept all of the air, and them with it out of the ship. Fox 8 saw his partner slam into the bulkhead on his way out, but he was lucky enough to clear it without getting hurt.

He waited a few moments, trying to figure out what to do next, before he remembered his comm. "Uh... Fox 8 to Fox 1..."
