122. Sith Academy - Eiron

Eiron looked down at the kneeling form of Trychon and nodded. "You have done well." He reached into his robes and handed the young man a black crystal.

"This is for a well-completed task. Victory is to be rewarded. Rise, Trychon."

As Trychon stood, Eiron regarded the four of them assembled in front of him. "I know all I need to know about you four now."

"You, girl," he said, pointing at Anya. "You lack discipline and reserve, but you can develop those skills, and when you saw an opening, you took it. You have the beginnings of cunning, if only your mind would keep up."

"Tyr, you were surprised by Raezyr's move. You had a moment of weakness, but you compensated for it and succeeded in that respect. Well done."

"Raezyr. It seems you have the most formal training but you were the first out. That is a valuable lesson. The weak will always band together to displace the strong. When Tyr and Trychon worked against you, you could have maneuvered yourself to eliminate the advantage of their numbers, but you will learn that in time. You, too, did well."

"And Trychon. Not the best here, but the better in the end, because of circumstances. You took advantage of those circumstances and they worked in your favor, and that was very wise. Simple, but wise nevertheless."

Eiron, as he was oft to do, folded his hands. "The time is now yours. Venture to the Valley of the Dark Lords if you wish, or get food, or train, or rest. Tomorrow, we have a mission. Until that time, do as you will."

"Oh, and Anya...a word away from the others."
