176. Sith Saga: Proving Grounds - Tyrrazapon

"Do we have a layout of the ship?" Tyrrazapon asked.

Iago fiddled through his pockets and tossed the blue prints over.

"Look those over, and come up with a game plan. We're in atmosphere in 2 hours."

The four of them exchanged glances. Tyrrazapon made his way across the room and held up the disc.

"We will have what we require after viewing this," he said flatly. "All you need do is drop us off and be on your way."

Iago stood and peered at Tyrrazapon and lit a fresh cigarra. He began to get the feeling at least one of these monks actually knew a thing or two about the line of work he and his crew were in. This was refreshing, because he was used to dealing with mindless nitwits who sometimes had trouble following simple orders. This young magician seemed to hold the same no bullshit approach to planning.

"That settles that then. We'll comm you when we're approaching the bay."

"Very well."

Tyrrazapon turned and joined the other three in returning to their bunks.

"How'd you put that fool in his place without really saying much?" Trychon was inquiring as they entered their cabin.

"He's much more simple minded than he lets on. Uses his authority and demeanor to cover other weaknesses," Tyrrazapon had noticed he'd gained some access to Iago's mind, and the more the conversation had gone on, the more Iago seemed to be agreeing internally with him.

"You seem to have a knack for manipulating others," Trychon said amused.

"Comes with the trade."

The ship began its decent through the Teltian atmosphere. It moved through cloud cover swiftly as the Chiefs made their way toward the remote docking bay.

"You're up," Iago commed through to the cabins.

"It's about time," Anya whined and Raezyr shot her a look. "What? I can't handle these scumbags much longer."

Raezyr couldn't blame her. He was quite annoyed by their lack of discipline and organization. He wouldn't let that show through to her though.

"A lesson in patience."

Outside the landscape gave way to structure and the ship approached its port. Iago met them as they were making their way out of the cabins, packs in tote.

"We're off this rock as soon as your boots hit the bay. Be swift about it. You should know where it's docked, and I expect you know the best entry-point for maximum stealth," he seemed a little more perky now, perhaps excited for the adventure to come.

Typical Raider, always eager to steal, or fight or cheat their way through the galaxy Tyr thought as they exited the ship. They were barely off the tarmac before the Rancor lifted off again. They sure weren't kidding.

"What say we grab an ale before we get the show on the road fellow Sith?" Trychon suggested.

"Oh, that'd definitely hit the spot," Tyr seconded the motion.

"Well, we can't be too long, we have to get this thing uploaded and get going," Raez added.

"What does it matter, we've got control now. They'll get their bloody ship soon enough. Right now I want to quench my ale depravity," Tyr clapped him on the back and moved on ahead as the four made their way down the street toward the nearest cantina.
