322. Pirates....... YAR! - Raezyr

I'm driving on the way out. I've seen mynocks that can steer better than you. Raezyr lept over the side and crouched near the entrance, followed shortly be Trychon. They both felt inside the building for any beings, but the building seemed empty.

Trychon hooked his datapad up to the door terminal, and typed a something in, the frowned.

What's the matter?

I input the security unlock code, but the status isn't registering any change.

Let me take a look. He reached for the data pad and Trychon handed it over.

After a moment of looking, Raezyr handed it back to Trychon, then stood up and activated the door mechanism. Trychon's jaw opened a bit as the door slid back.

How did you do that?

Apparently the status didn't change because it was already unlocked. I bet that's the last time this happens. Raezyr and Trychon strode into the building and closed the door behind them.

"Alright. Let's find the parts and get out of here," Raezyr whispered. Trychon checked his datapad and pointed down the hallway. It didn't take them long to locate the parts, the Academy at Carida was well organized, as a military outpost should be, although they sorely lacked in security.

Trychon found a computer terminal in the supply depot and sliced in again. He made a quick notation that the part had been shipped out. He listed the destination as the Bilbringi Shipyards. "Now it'll be awhile before they notice it's missing."

They made their way back to the speeder and Raezyr dumped the parts in the back, then layed his jacket over the parts before climbing in the driver seat. Trychon leaned over and started the engines with his datapad again. Looking over, Trychon noticed spots of blood that had soak through Raezyr's shirt. Whoa, you're bleeding!

Raezyr looked back at him and grinned. Yeah, I know.... Good times, good times!

Raezyr turned a tight 180 degree turn that shoved Trychon against wall of the speeder, then slowed down a bit as they headed for the main gate. Okay, so the military grade speeder is a bit more powerful than even I expected.

Within a few moments, they pulled up to the main gate. The Gran was still on duty, thankfully. She glanced at the serial number as they pulled up. "What are you two doing with Lana and Ari's speeder?" She eyed them warily.

Trychon spoke first, noticing that Raezyr's hand was beginning to inch toward the blaster on his hip. "Lana said we could take it back to the cantina and leave it there. You can comm her and check if you'd like, but she's, ah, pretty tired right now."

For a moment it looked as if Mahwi was going to make the call, but then decided against it and buzzed the gate open. If she caused a commotion now, then all three ladies would be in serious trouble.

Raezyr pulled a head casually and down the street. He headed for the hanger where their ship was docked.

Trychon realized where they were headed. "Hey, we have to leave this at the cantina. I left Lana a note saying we would."

Raezyr turned and looked at him in disbelief. "You did WHAT?"

"I left her a note saying we borrowed her speeder and would leave it at the cantina."

Raezyr shook his head. "Are you going Rocket Scout on me now? You need to Sith up a bit, I think." Then he grinned and slugged Trychon in the shoulder playfully.

Trychon sat staring out the windscreen. It really HAD been a bit silly to leave a note. He looked up just as Raezyr stopped in front of the cantina. The scrak band was still playing as loud as ever in there.

Raezyr slipped his jacket on. "You left the note, so you get to carry the parts." He strode off into the cool night air, heading for their landing bay.

Coruscant: Jedi Temple: Jedi Caecillius Kostek - Mirk

When the time came Caecilius headed to the speeder bay and met Nal Talla.
"You get to drive this time... but only because I have no clue where we are going" He said with a laugh as he jumped into the passenger seat.

Nal Talla just shook her head and sat down before driving off.

After about 45 minutes of sporadic conversation and the endless Coruscant cityscape the speeder came to a halt. "Dis is da place" Nal Talla said as she got out of the speeder.

Following suit Caecilius stepped out as well "So this is where it happened... I'm sorry Nal"

With that the pair headed toward the warehouse with Caecilius feeling as far out as he could sensing for anything that might help or hinder them.

Jedi Nal Talla - Raezyr

Nal wrapped herself in the Force and used it to silence the sound of her artificial leg. Master Taisun had taught her that technique, but she was still getting used to doing it, as it took much more concentration. Soon, he said, it would become just as second nature as anything else she could do with the Force.

They quietly slipped in through an open window about 2 and a half meters above them, and dropped just as silently to the floor inside.

Crouching behind some crates they looked around. The warehouse was full, but according to the shipping labels there was nothing unusual to note. They walked around for a bit, looking for anything that might catch their interest, but to no avail.

Caecilian grabbed Nal's arm and nodded in the direction of a door near the main entrance. It was marked 'office.' Stretching out she felt the presence that her companion had noticed behind the door.

They walked over and Nal threw the door open. A startled guard dropped his feet off the desk and jumped out of his seat.

"Uh, this is a restricted area, you're not supposed to be here, um Master Jedis," the man said, clearly confused.

"We just have a few questions, den we'll go," Nal informed him. "Who is it dat owns dis facility?"

"Corusco Prime Shipping owns it.... uh, I'm going to have to report this to my superiors," said the guard, reaching for his communicator.

"Dats all we needed to know. We'll be leaving, no need to report our presence. In fact, it's barely worth remembering," Nal said, waving her hand in front of the man.

The man put the comm back on the desk and sat down again, turning his back on them as they quietly exited the office.

The ride back to the Temple was quiet. They hadn't learned much of anything. Next step was to find out more about that company.

Jedi Caecillius Kostek - Mirk

Upon their return Caecilian and Nal headed to the records room, and before too long were deep within their research looking for something on Corusco Prime Shipping that would send them in the right direction.

After about an hour had passed Caecilian stumbled upon a file, after reading it he pointed it out to Nal "Here" He said "Apparently that company is a suspected front for the Revenants. It not much, but its a start"

Nal looked at it for a moment before asking "What kind of info do we have on da Revs?"
Caecilian mumbled a reply and the two then set about searching for anything they could use. They hadn't been at it for too long when Nal looked up and said "Here we go, Shado Golar... a twi'lek."

"Where do we find him?" Caecilian asked not expecting an easy answer.

"Seems to be spending his time at da Rusty Speeder" Came Nal's reply.

"Wow... thats more straightforward than I expected. I guess we should get moving." Caecilian said with a bit of a laugh as the pair headed back to the speeder bay.
