"I WAS going to give that back to her before we left." Raezyr glowered for a moment and then let it go.
They stopped on the landing pad beside the Jet Razor.
"You are going to have to learn the ways of the Force, if you are to go with me to Nar Shaddaa."
ooc: sorry, couldn't help myself. lol
ic:"The Force is living entity that surrounds us. It is created by all living things, in all things. Most people can not touch it. A few can. Fewer still can master it. The Jedi believe in a passive use of the Force. That is what makes them weak. The Sith grab it and force it to do their bidding. The stronger your passion, the more powerful your command of the Force, and the more powerful you become."
"What are you passionate about? What boils your blood? No, do not answer. Close your eyes, concentrate on it. Feel it burning inside you. Let go of your conscious self. Can you feel it? Can you feel the power inside you welling up?"
Trychon nodded his head, teeth clenched and veins in his neck beginning to bulge.
"Good. Now grab hold of it. Open your eyes. Do you see that rock over there? Put your hand out toward it.... good, now focus that energy in to pushing that rock away."
At first, nothing happened, but then.... the rock began to twitch. Suddenly it hopped off the ground and flew away 3 or 4 feet.
Trychon stared at the rock, then looked to his hand, and then to Raezyr, questioningly.
"That was all you. With practice, you'll also be able to pull things toward you in the same manner. You should also try to hold the Force, and reach out with it to locate other beings around you. You can also speak to another's mind using the Force. I'm not very good at that, though. I tried telling you to watch for traps early when we were following Anya. Did that work at all?"
Raezyr keyed a number sequence into a remote from his belt, and the loading ramp of the ship slid open.
